Cody Key
Broker & OwnerCody is a second generation Real Estate Broker and lifetime Hill Country resident. His childhood consisted of cutting four wheeler trails through the ranches of Hunt TX, playing baseball or on the back of a horse at a Polocrosse tournament or team roping. After graduating from Ingram Tom Moore High School, he attended Texas Tech University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Management in 2009. He returned home and continued working for the family tile business before getting his real estate license in 2012.
Over the next 8 years, Cody worked with Key Hill Country Real Estate selling Farm and Ranch, Live water and Homes with Acreage across the Hill Country. As time progressed, he knew he wanted to further his career and obtained his Broker’s license in 2020. After years of gathering valuable insight from his Broker (Becky Key) and other local relationships, Cody and his wife Morgan acquired KeyHCRE and opened under the new name Key and Key Realty in January 2021.
Locally, Cody has invested many hours with the Kerrville Board of Realtors serving on the Board of Director’s, PR & TREPAC committee’s and was the President of the Board in 2022. He is also a graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program and a former member of the Heart of The Hills golf committee.
Morgan Key
Owner & Office AdministrationMorgan never strayed too far from the Hill Country and moved back to Kerrville after her time at the University of Texas at San Antonio and Texas Bible Institute in Columbus. She married Cody in July 2012 and started working as the Vacation Rental Manager at KeyHCRE & Reservations the following year.
While managing the vacation rentals, Morgan assisted Cody in his growing business and pioneered the production of the KeyHCRE magazine. Having lived in 8 different homes prior to marriage, and rehabbing the first two homes she and Cody owned, it was a natural step for her to transition into real estate - she obtained her license in late 2017 and sold residential real estate until 2020. In January 2021, Cody and Morgan acquired KeyHCRE and opened Key and Key Realty in Kerrville. While she will continue to maintain her license, Morgan now focuses her time on the day to day administration of the office and Key and Key's positive impact on the community.
Since moving back to Kerrville, Morgan has had the opportunity to be apart of various community organizations including the Christian Women's Job Corp Board of Directors and Young Life as a Campaigners leader. She and Cody were longtime members of Impact Christian Fellowship and hosted young adult gatherings in their home for many years. They also have a deep appreciation for animal shelters and have adopted three rescue pups (Louie, Hays and Bonnie) along with their mini Aussie, Clyde.
Becky Key
Broker AssociateBecky is a 25+ year veteran of selling luxury waterfront estates, ranches, residential homes, building lots, and commercial properties in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. As an active member of the Kerrville Board of Realtors, Becky has served on numerous committees, was President of the Board, and voted Realtor of the Year in 2016. She has also been recognized as a Five Star agent by Texas Monthly for many years.
Becky and her husband Glenn, raised their two sons in Hunt where they have resided since 1984. She is a member of the Hunt United Methodist Church where she sings with the praise team, and has been involved with the women’s Bible Study group for many years. She is led to support several organizations throughout the area, and a favorite scripture she tries to live by is Colossians 3:23. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.”
Becky is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals and dreams of finding their ideal property. She is devoted to exceptional service and loves playing a role in developing a strong, caring community while bringing people together.
Jennifer Michel
REALTOR®Jennifer was born in San Antonio where some of her fondest memories revolve around her grandparents family business, W.R. Dallas Furniture. After graduating from Harper High School and spending a year in college, Jennifer moved to Kerrville where she worked for Kerrville Telephone Company over the next ten years. Jennifer and her husband Reagan were married in 1999 and currently live in Harper where they are raising their two children. She and her family are members of St. James Lutheran Church where she has served on the church council and building committee. She has also been the treasurer for the Harper Agriculture & Livestock Organization (HALO) since 2019 and loves watching her daughter on the volleyball court and son play center field for the Kerrville Indians.
Jennifer started her career in real estate in 2015 when she went to work at KeyHCRE as the company bookkeeper. She obtained her real estate license in 2022, and while the title REALTOR® may be new, her interest in real estate dates back to playing “realtor” in her neighborhood as a child - walking up and down the sidewalk in her click clack shoes carrying a clip board, “selling” houses. Shortly after, Jennifer received her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and continues to prioritize her real estate education.
Jennifer is a firm believer in going the extra mile to make sure people are taken care of and treated with respect. She would love to put her years of customer service experience to work for you.
Ryan Neal
REALTOR®Ryan is a Kerrville native and graduated from Tivy in 1999. After graduation he attended Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas and then returned home to Kerrville to start a family.
He has been happily married to Marissa since 2005 and loves spending time as a family watching their 3 children grow - he also enjoys grilling and watching sports and is a die hard Longhorn fan. They are longtime members of Impact Christian Fellowship where he has served in youth ministry, mission trips, kids camp and Kids Leadership Academy.
After years of working alongside his dad in the family construction business, Ryan received his Real Estate license in early 2021. With a deep passion for land and acreage properties, his substantial local knowledge, and a longstanding background in construction, Ryan looks forward to helping find the perfect property to meet his clients needs.
Marissa Neal
Licensed Assistant®Marissa spent her first few years on a ranch outside of Harper before moving to Kerrville where she attended Tom Daniels Elementary, Peterson Middle School and graduated from Tivy High School in 2001. She received the local full tuition Griffin Scholarship and attended Texas State University where she graduated with a degree in Business Management in December of 2004.
During college she started dating her best friend, Ryan, from high school - they were married in 2005 and have three beautiful children. Marissa and Ryan are longtime members of Impact Christian Fellowship where they have served in various ministries.
In 2021 she began working part time assisting her husband and acquired her license in 2022. Marissa now works for Becky Key, Broker Associate as a licensed assistant and continues to support Ryan in his growing real estate career.
