Morgan never strayed too far from the Hill Country and moved back to Kerrville after her time at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She married Cody in July 2012 and started working as the Vacation Rental Manager at KeyHCRE & Reservations the following year. While managing the vacation rentals, Morgan assisted Cody in his growing business and pioneered the production of the KeyHCRE magazine.  In late 2017, she obtained her real estate license and sold residential real estate until January 2021 when she and Cody acquired KeyHCRE and opened Key and Key Realty in Kerrville. While she continues to maintain her license, Morgan now focuses her time on the day to day administration of the office.

Since moving back to Kerrville, Morgan has had the opportunity to be apart of various community organizations including the Christian Women’s Job Corp Board of Directors and Young Life as a Campaigners leader.
