Morgan was born and raised in the Hill country where she spent time living in Boerne, Comfort and Kerrville. She moved back to what she considers her hometown of Kerrville after her time at the University of Texas at San Antonio and Texas Bible Institute in Columbus. She then married Cody in July of 2012 and began working as the Vacation Rental Manager at KeyHCRE & Reservations shortly after. 

While managing the vacation rentals, Morgan assisted Cody in his growing real estate business & helped pioneer the production of the KeyHCRE magazine. She obtained her real estate license in late 2017 and in January 2021, Cody and Morgan acquired KeyHCRE and opened Key & Key Realty in Kerrville.

While she will continue to maintain her real estate license, Morgan now focuses her time on the day to day administration of the office and Key & Key’s positive impact on the community.
